This a service we offer for overseas Filipinos who need help getting documents from Manila-based institutions, such as:
Licenses and board certificates – Professional Regulatory Commission
School transcripts and diplomas –Metro Manila universities
Birth and wedding certificates – National Statistics Offices
Baptismal certificates – Metro Manila parish churches
As your authorized representative, we will procure these documents for you, in accordance with the institution’s policies. We will then ship this to you or any other address or institution that you specify.
How do we do it?
Send us the necessary information on the Patakbo Client Profile form and a representative will be in touch with you to discuss the details of the transaction.
Service Fee, Billing and Payment
We utilize Paypal Email Invoice for our Patakbo services. We shall send you an email detailing the fees related to your request and you can pay with a credit card by clicking on the link on the email. Transactions are fast, convenient and secure.
Our Service Fee is $40per
institution (within Metro Manila). Please email us if your request involves transactions in cities/provinces outside Metro Manila.
Multiple document applications (i.e. Transcript of Records and Certified Copy of School Diploma) may be combined and charged under one fee
provided that the documents are processed in or by the same department/institution and during the same visit.
Service Fee excludes the institution's own application fees and shipping/mailing costs.
