Delivery and Shipping

For Philippine orders, REGALO CENTRAL offers delivery of products or merchandise purchased through www.regalocentral.com mainly to Metro Manila areas, covering the 14 cities of the National Capital Region of the Philippines. Additional charges will be applied to deliveries outside of Metro Manila or the provincial areas of the Philippines at cost to the customer. If we cannot deliver to the destination indicated by customer, we will immediately inform the customer and the order will not be processed. Customers will not be charged for unprocessed orders or transactions.

The following are instances that items cannot be delivered to the customers intended recipient:


1.    Incorrect Recipient Address – all orders placed on Regalo Central website are certified true and correct by the customer. All information related to delivery is determined accurate and the address of the recipient is valid or current.
2.    “Refused to Accept” by Recipient – all orders placed on Regalo Central website are guaranteed to be received by the recipient in good faith. If the recipient refuses to accept the item, Regalo Central representative will immediately inform the customer on the status of the order and await instruction/decision regarding the order.
3.    Recipient Unavailable – in case the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, Regalo Central will have the item(s) received by the recipient’s nearest of kin. Accordingly, the customer will be informed about the status of the order and the person who received the delivery.

REGALO CENTRAL is not liable for any delays or non-delivery of orders (product or merchandise) for any erroneous information provided by the customer and does not entitle the customer to a refund and/or product replacement.

Regalo Central shall no be liable for any loss, delay, non-delivery or miss-delivery of customer orders due to Act of God or Force Majeure including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, civil commotion, natural disaster or calamity, bad weather condition, terrorism, any act omission, fault of customer, its representative, third party claiming interest in the shipment and government agencies with actual apparent authorities.

For U.S. orders, Regalo Central will be utilizing the services of the United States Postal Service or USPS for domestic delivery. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, Regalo Central can ship and deliver customer’s order via FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT and other courier service at cost to the customer.

For non-delivery or U.S. bound orders, the same exclusions and limitation applies as stated above.

Order Processing and Lead time


For Philippine orders, all ordering done over www.regalocentral.com will be confirmed upon check-out and payment is made via available payment methods. ORDERS WILL NO BE PROCESSED UNTIL REGALO CENTRAL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. After receipt of payment, customer will receive an electronic invoice and confirmation that payment has been received by Regalo Central. As and added service, Regalo Central will aim to delivery your order within 3 days from date of payment confirmation if products are available. For customize products and all other perishable goods including flowers, delivery is 3 to 7 days.

For U.S. orders, delivery will be dependent on product availability. If products are on stock and after receipt of payment confirmation from Regalo Central, delivery will be based on the delivery options available with USPS.
