What’s your return policy?

Most of our services are personalized and customized, so returns are generally not accepted.  However, if quality is the issue,  we will gladly exchange upon determination of such an issue before item has been used.


Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries, at cost to the client.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Contact us and we will get in touch with you as soon as physically possible.  There are time zone changes after all!


Are you a courier service?

No.  We use courier services such as Johnny Air Cargo and the United States postal service (USPS) to send items.  We will ensure the best savings and most secure way to procure your gifts.

We can even deliver in person within considerable driving range in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut).


Are you a freight forwarder?

No.  While we will provide our NY, US address to acquire your gifts, we do not forward bulk or wholesale items that cannot fit a 24 in x 18  in x 24 in box.


Do you have any items on hand/inventory?

Yes.  We have some collectible items that we can sell such as gift cards. memorabilia and advertising materials.  Contact us for what you have in mind...we might just have it ready for you.  If not, we will try to make it available for you.
